Shipping Policy for U.S. addresses:
Orders consisting entirely of in stock items ship within one business day (excluding weekends and holidays). To see stock status of a particular item, add the item to your shopping cart and refer to the "In Stock" column.
Orders containing out of stock items will ship as soon as all items are in stock and available for shipment. You will be able to see your estimated shipping date via our online order status system.
We offer free UPS Ground shipping on orders of $100.00 or more to addresses within the continental United States.
You must enter coupon code freeship in the coupon code section at the bottom of the shopping cart page in order to receive the discount.
You may see your shipping charges at any time before entering the checkout process:
Click "Shopping Cart" at the upper right corner of the page.
At the bottom of the shopping cart page there is a shipping calculator. Enter your zip code, state, and desired shipping method, and click the "Apply" button.
The shipping charges will now show up in your shopping cart and will automatically update when an item is added or removed.
We offer three expedited shipping options - 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air. Please use the shipping calculator at the bottom of your shopping cart to see expedited shipping charges.
Expedited orders are delivered on business days only - Saturday and Sunday do not count toward the delivery of your package. For example, an order shipped on Friday via Next Day Air will be delivered the following Monday.
Please note that UPS does not provide guaranteed delivery in the event of extreme weather conditions. In the event that your order might be delayed due to the weather please refer to your tracking number to verify the rescheduled delivery date. We can not refund shipping charges due to delivery delays caused by extreme weather conditions, as these situations are beyond our control.
Please note that in some cases (extra large items, large orders, etc.) orders can't be shipped for our normal expedited shipping charges. In these rare cases, you will be contacted via email for permission to charge the revised shipping amount.
Your USPS delivery confirmation number or UPS tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has shipped and will also be available via our online order status system.
Please be certain to provide the complete correct shipping address when placing your order. Incorrect/incomplete address information includes the following: missing apartment or suite number, missing company name if being delivered to a business, wrong house number, wrong zip code, wrong city, wrong street name, multiple addresses listed in the street field. Incorrect addresses may result in delayed delivery and/or additional charges. If your package is returned to us by the carrier, and must be reshipped due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges for reshipment in addition to the original shipping charges. If, for any reason, the carrier makes a change to your shipping address during the shipment or delivery of the package, the carrier will charge us a change of address fee of $10.00. This charge will automatically be charged to the credit card used to place the order after we have received the bill from the carrier informing us of the fee.
